Ease of use of the location. The elevators were timely, the room was easily accessible, the lobby had plenty of space to sit and gather.

Breakfast was not good and finished very early, not so many options in breakfast. No dental kits, poor maintenance. Staff changed our room 2 times due to not shower was not working.

Great location for shows at the San Jose Civic Center. Just walk out the door and you're there in 2-3 minutes. They had a nice selection of food for their free breakfast.

Breakfast was good and plentiful. The room was next to the Main Street and lite rail. Very noisy traffic a lot plus the roar of the airport jets taking off.
